The problems faced by women on the way to leadership (glass ceiling, glass elevator, etc.) and solutions for these problems were discussed by our participants and instructors in the classrooms. Subsequently, Şebnem Selışık Aksan and F.Emine Baran presented their valuable information on body awareness and the leader’s use of body language and tone of voice. Participants enjoyed the movements demonstrated by dear Şebnem Selışık Aksan .
