5th Training and Seminar Day

After completing the contents of general leadership in the first four trainings, with the fifth training, discussions were held on women’s difficulties, problems and solutions within the framework of the internal dynamics of each sector. For each sector, competent and successful women were invited as guests. The leaders, who are not in Turkey, connected online and answered participants’ sector- related questions and shared their own experiences. Before the seminar, we gave our participants a chance to chat and share their experiences in the winter garden of our school in order to expand their “sisterhood bond” and social networks, which is one of the aims of our project.
Afterward, a seminar/workshop was held with Şirin Yelmen Oktar on how to achieve work-life balance.
