After our educators shared their knowledge about the similarities and dissociations of the sectors involved in the leadership and the qualifications of the leadership, the participants also participated in the course with their thoughts and questions. Afterward, Tat Gıda Board Member and General Manager Arzu Aslan Kesimer underlined that women are generally left “behind the front” and stated that she believes that women should be at the forefront in the main roles and shared the story and experiences of her success with us.
